Diving with enriched air (a higher percentage of oxygen) can increase your no-decompression limits, increase your safety, and reduce the required length of your surface intervals when compared to air. The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox programme will teach you how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen.

Pool and open water sessions are not required but the course does include a practical session, where we will ensure you are comfortable with key concepts. During the practical, we will make sure you are comfortable to analyse your gas mix; this is a crucial safety procedure for whenever you are using nitrox.
